Hi, I'm Caiden.
I'm Caiden, a competitive football player from White Rock, BC, and the coach behind MileStone. Training changed my life. It gave me confidence, discipline, and a body I can count on when it matters, and it's become my job to help other people find the same thing.
I'm also a paramedic and a certified personal trainer, with specialist training in weight loss, performance, and endurance. That mix means I look at your progress through more than one lens: how you move, how you recover, and how it actually fits into a real, busy life.
My style is simple. Understanding and supportive, but forward. I'll meet you exactly where you are, then keep you moving toward where you want to be. Whether we train in person or online, you'll always have a real person in your corner who genuinely wants you to win.
